Alka is one of the leading firms in the cellophane industry. It is established in 1997 by Ali and İbrahim KARAAĞAÇ. Alka started its operation in a 100m2 plant, and now it carries on its business in a 1500m2 closed plant. Alka works with the biggest printing houses and packing firms in Turkey. Our services are fully automated cellophane machines with the sizes 70*100 and 105*145, and lac machine 7/24. CELLOPHANES
Matte Cellophane
It has a matte finish. It has a more elegant appearance. It is preferred by companies operating in official business lines.
Glossy Cellophane
It gives a shiny finish to your products. Because it is remarkable, it is preferred by companies with a more creative business line.
Silver Metalized
It is carried out to obtain special optical properties or metal appearance. It is widely used in decorative applications and where high gas barrier, aroma and flavor retention properties are desired.
Scratch Resistant Cellophane
It is preferred by companies operating in official business lines. When its strength is very high, it is preferred in luxury and special packaging and has a matte finish. It has a more elegant appearance.
SCREEN PRINTING
It has more elevation than Partial Lacquer, so it adds more clarity to the applied area. It is also known as Bump Lacquer and Emboss Lac. It adds a more elegant appearance to the print product.
By adding glitter to the material, it gives a silvery effect to the lacquer applied area.
It is applied only to the desired part of the product, not to the whole. This application is generally preferred by our customers who want to draw attention to their logo, contact information or slogans. It can be felt by hand and eye.
It is applied to certain parts of the job to be printed. The "sandblasting effect" gives a more successful result on matt cellophane. Silver and gold gilding can also be applied to the design with lacquer process.
